As I've said in the FAQ, I have spent considerable time and effort over the years searching every source that sells videotapes of television shows.  It seems as if every pathetic, hackneyed, second rate show ever made HAS been released but this one never was.  I even stop in at the major auction sites once a week and do a search on "Spenser," just in case.

In addition to the letter writing campaign below Gino Altobelli suggested visiting http://tvshowsondvd.com and casting a vote.  Not a bad idea, hit the problem from several directions at once.

The truly amazing Gerald So consulted various sources and found that the rights are owned by Warner Bros. and provided the contact list below. 

Our small band of newsgroup subscribers tried a letter writing campaign a few years ago and were met with a reverberating silence, but I say it's time we went at it again.  I'm getting close to 500 visitors a day here so there are a lot more voices to be heard.  "Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more; or close the wall up with our Spenser loving dead."  

As always in such campaigns keep in mind that you are asking powerful executives to do you a favor, not demanding your rights.  Letters should be short, polite, and respectful.    

As a modern philosopher was wont to say:  Let's Roll.
